People safe keeps track of staff members records, training data, incident reports, alerts and job data.

Weekly toolbox meetings are used to assess and mitigate concerns as they arise.

training and equipment

Staff are trained and supervised in their use of equipment. Comprehensive records and logs are maintained to track usage and condition, with regular services at specified intervals. 

Staff are provided with high-vis gear and overalls, steel toed boots, protective eyewear, ear plugs, gloves and safety hats. 

Kemper extraction systems are provided for use during welding.

Kemper ventilation systems help to improve the air quality throughout the factory.

earthquake resilient factory

We designed and fabricated our own material racking systems to NZ seismic standards which minimises risk to staff during an earthquake.
